For the New England Patriots drink coaster, use Rep 2, .1mm slice with RepG and Skeinforge 50. It can be tricky to get the tight fit right, so try using your X3G settings too. A bit of sanding may be needed for a perfect fit, and superglue will help keep it in place. Print everything upside down for a smooth finish; however, the patriots_coaster_assembled.stl file is just a combination of other parts and won't slice or print well on its own.
