This model was originally created with Sketchup 8 before being converted to every other necessary 3D format for optimal rendering capabilities. The native file format is .skp and the associated scene file can be imported directly into 3ds Max 2016 where it is then rendered using Vray 3.00 at its full capacity. This specific project comprises three distinctive components: thirty-seven high-rise apartments, twelve-storey hotels, and a total of three-story Rukan structures conveniently located along Jl DI Panjaitan in East Jakarta's thriving district.
