Pato FIESP / FIESP Duck
thingiverse
This model was a personal exercise for the FIESP Hackathon 2016 - Maker Movement and IoT, which I am a lead organizer. This rubber duck was adapted from the Rubber Duck Boat Multi-color (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:155679) to look like the rubber duck of the #NaoVouPagaroPato campaign against high taxation policy in Brazil, created and led by FIESP (the Industry Federation of Sao Paulo State). The hashtag means "I won't carry the can", which is stated literally as "I won't pay the duck" in Brazilian Portuguese. Over time, Duckzilla on Paulista Avenue became an icon of recent protests against corruption scandals investigated by the Car Wash operation. As of the hackathon, it is among biggest and coolest hackathons in the region! :) Timelapse video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXM-GjF8Ts4 Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Graber i3 with several upgrades Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Notes: Nozzle Diameter/ Nozzle Diameter: 0.5 mm Outline / Perimeter Shells / Perimeter External: 3 Bottom Solid Layers / Base Layer: 8 Top Solid Layers / Top Layer: 8
