Copy of the rear derailleur hanger for a YT Jeffsy to use in case of an emergency (does not replace the original aluminum hanger). If the original is damaged or altered due to a blow, you can use this one to try and get home at least. IF YOU SEE IT FROM THE BACK, it does not have the channel that the aluminum one has. That channel is designed to break there before breaking the bike, and given the resistance of this plastic I have considered it better not to use it.
