Patient specific aortic root with calcification
grabcad
The bundle encompasses bespoke *.stl templates of patient-tailored aortic root, gleaned through reconstructive analysis reliant on DICOM information (CT) via Amira Software. These precise 3D representations were carefully reconstructed from preoperative DICOM-data associated with individual patient D, with a specific focus towards accommodating transcatheter aortic valve replacement utilizing the CoreValve device produced by Medtronic Inc. The assortment comprises four distinct templates: 1.) Aortic_root_initial_lealets_only - this template is defined as an initial reconstruction including the aortic root and leaflets solely within the diastolic phase, providing an optimal starting point for detailed examination. 2.) Aortic_root_initial_full - identical to its predecessor but featuring calcific parts integrated into the leaflets for enhanced realism and authenticity in modeling processes. 3.) Aortic_root_dilatated - fully realizing the comprehensive extent of the aortic root after successful balloon dilatation treatments. Moreover, this bundle comprises an *CAE file specially tailored for seamless integration with the Abaqus/CAE 6.16 software package designed for intricate finite element analysis. Further clarification regarding the reconstruction methodology employed in generating these precision templates can be obtained from our primary research paper as found within the "Article.pdf" resource, serving as indispensable foundational material.
