Patience operates as a taxi service in Haiti's Cap Haitian region, transporting tourists to the Citadelle with his owner. Following a wound injury, Patience's owner sought treatment at a World Horse Welfare clinic where he received proper care and guidance. The clinic's project team provided expert advice to his owner, equipping him with the knowledge necessary to offer superior care for Patience. In addition to this experience, Patience participated in World Horse Welfare's Borough Trail in Windsor and Chelsea between April and August. A master sculpture of a horse was crafted by renowned artist Judy Boyt, inspired by Lucas, a rescued foal who underwent revitalization at the hands of World Horse Welfare and is now a thriving sport horse.
