Pathtag Sherpa
thingiverse
I designed this sherpa to be the diameter of a geocoin. The hole is large enough to hold a standard pathtag, and there's a small hole under it to glue in a 6x2mm magnet. The "bump" version has a bump around the magnet to make the pathtag a little easier to remove. You push down on an edge and the far edge comes up a bit. I've included several designs for the back. The intention is to print this separately, and then glue it to the back of a sherpa. I also included a blank coin if you want to do your own thing. The ones here are .6mm thick with a .4mm design above for a total of 1mm. You'll want to change filament after the lower (.6mm) part has printed. You could also print the blank coin and put a sticker on it, or just put a sticker directly on the back of the sherpa. I prefer the magnet holding the pathtag securely. If you try the "bump" version let me know what you think. I don't mind giving a little "thwack" against my hand to get the pathtag out - or just using a second larger magnet to remove it.
