sketchfab
This canine vertebra (Museum specimen A-74838) originates from an ancient dog unearthed in Pit 142 at the Menands Bridge site within New York state. The observable deformity may indeed stem from its use as a pack animal. It was captured in three-dimensional detail using a NextEngine Desktop 3D scanner at the New York State Museum, enabling the creation of three-dimensional printed replicas for public programs.
