I remake the model, stripping walls down to just two extrusions, each shell a mere 0.96 mm wide. This reduction slashes plastic weight in half, bringing it down to approximately fifty grams per print. The large one took only 2.5 hours to complete, utilizing 15% infill and fast honeycomb at a layer height of 0.28 mm, with no top or bottom layers.
