Paste Extruder for Ordbot Hadron and 3mm filament

I'd love to update the original design to fit Ordbot on the seringe side using a 4mm rod, crafting a cone to lock in the 1,75 to 3mm filament and adapting the plastic cross to perfectly match the European seringe. This makeover will require printing out two precise files and acquiring a trusty 20ml seringe. In an Update: Adding a nifty cone for a more straightforward filament insertion Translation has taken place to put the cylinder front-and-center of the filament hole.
