Indeed, a parameter in the firmware sets the length of material extruded per motor step. This parameter must change depending on the type of extruder used. To trick this parameter, I put a corrected diameter of filament into Cura (different from the syringe's inside diameter) to correct the extruder's "wrong" parameter. This calculation is included in the calculation file. Please confirm that my calculation is accurate. I will provide more details on the summary soon...
