This is a custom-built paste extruder designed specifically for 50ml luer lock syringes. Hardware: 1x 50ml Luer Lock Syringe (31mm OD, 29mm ID) paired with blunt tip Luer needles 1x Nema17 Motor 2x 608 Bearings (8x22x7) 1x M8 Threaded Rod (150mm long) 1x M8 Nut 4x M4x40 Screws + Nuts 2x M3x16 Screws + Nuts 4x M4 Mounting Screws Cut the syringe plunger off and glue a 3D printed part to it. Then, thread the M8 rod through it. The M8 nut fits into the larger gear and is sandwiched between spacers (2mm one on top) and bearings. Apply light grease to the screw/nut mechanism. A STEP file is available for modification or custom design of a mount that suits your printer's specifications.
