This is a simple stand designed to dry freshly made egg pasta as it hangs. To create it, you'll need only basic crafting skills. Materials Needed Base x 2 Top x 2 Lengths of 15mm diameter dowel or tubing File or sander Mallet Instructions Cut the dowels to the desired length - I used 450mm for the horizontal section and 300mm for the vertical supports. Next, insert the rods into the pre-drilled holes. Sand or file any rough edges on the dowels or holes as needed. Important Notes Clean your stand thoroughly with an antibacterial spray before and after construction to prevent dirt buildup. Be aware that debris may collect in the grooves over time. To make maintenance easier, ensure a snug but not tight fit between the rods, allowing for disassembly when needed.
