Pasta Rack Screw

Pasta Rack Screw

A pasta drying rack that is partially modular and height adjustable. You can print multiple mids if you need taller or skip it if you want shorter. The leg and top will screw into each other. I am using a Ferrero Rochet box to hold everything. The hard case helps protect it when not in use. I get them at Costco, yet I'm sure other stores sell that size or similar. There are two test files for the screw and threads, I would advise printing these first to test your tolerance and print supports. I was using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3938338 all the time. I had a problem, either the connecting clips would come off, or I would have nowhere to store it. So, at first, I printed one large one, so the clips weren't a problem. Yet this made storage worse, also with the size it was more fragile and would break. Since it was a tall print, it would take a long time. So, I tried to replace the connection piece and making a screw and threads wasn't super easy for me, so I took them off another model I printed that had a really good one. HTTPs://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3668138 just want to mention the author here is awesome and makes a lot of great stuff https://www.thingiverse.com/3dprintingworld/designs I am happy with what I ended up with. Oh also I made the leg connection a bit more open to ease in removing the triangle feet. I broke a few of those before too. The arm\feet are unmodified from original designer. I just added here so you don't need to jump pages for the full download.
