Pasta Machine Drill Bit - Updated
thingiverse
This revised drill bit is designed to suit 1/4 cordless tools, specifically for use with a pasta machine. Its hex end has been resized to match cordless screwdrivers, while the working end is shaped to fit crank sockets on pasta machines. By utilizing this bit with a cordless screwdriver, users can operate their Emperia pasta maker hands-free, and possibly other brands too. The STL file includes one bit; however, it's beneficial to print multiple copies simultaneously for efficiency and spare bits. The central hole serves reinforcement purposes - insert a 2-inch #10 electric wire or a 1/8 welding rod for added strength, then seal with acetone slurry (ABS) or Gorilla glue (PLA), depending on the material used. Additionally, dipping the bit in acetone post-assembly can help fuse layers and fix any potential cracks.
