Good morning, here is my pasta dryer... the first designed for those who buy parts at the local market!!! Indeed, the supports for the paddle are available from 6, 8 and 9 mm. The central rod should be 20mm long, but if you find short rods, you can use the joint provided. In addition, a ring will form the base of the paddle holders. Enjoy your homemade pasta!!!
