Passive (transducer) type headphones solution for Oculus Rift S
thingiverse
Unlike most projects here for Oculus Rift S headphones, this one is a game-changer because it doesn't need any additional speakers from standalone headphones. This innovative design uses the power of internal Oculus' speakers, which are normally not enough for comfortable gaming, but after modification, the sound pressure becomes almost equal to the previous model of the Oculus Rift. In most cases, this design works well even without ear cups installed, but they might be useful to fine-tune it in place. Additionally, you can glue some foam ear-cushion to the cup. UPD1: A new version 2 of this thing is now available, featuring a smaller design with a foldable joint that remains movable after printing. The two parts of the joint are printed together as one piece.
