Passat 3C5 B6 LA-Cam B7 Windshild

This is a special adapter for the Passat (Sedan) 3C5 B6 lane assist Camera, to fit into a B7 windshield (with LA / rain/light sensor and heated). I needed to replace mine and upgraded to a windshield adding heating for the winter. Unfortunately they changed the camera (B6 -> B7 model). The holder parts should be printed PETG (or PC if you can) due to high temperatures in the car. Use around 50% of fill for stability. Should not be sensitive to layer density, as I added (small) margins. Please check orientation when putting on the plate, as I did not design them in the correct orientation for printing. Supports should not be needed. The *B6-MontHilfe* might be printed more often. I broke some when inserting in the original B7 camera windshield holder. I'm not sure if this was an accuracy or material problem. I used four screws. Two are for adjusting positions and prevent rattle. Don't tighten! Only keep things in position without rattling. Any screw not falling through the holes will do. The other two are used for the holders, to improve the positioning of the camera. (These two are optional) Mounting is left to right. Left is only gently pushed in. I broke some of my prints here. This is a little fragile. On the right there are the metal springs. Try to insert the path on both at the same time. This simplifies it. - You will see. You might do a first testing of parts, without mounting the camera. Then only the right holder is needed to be removed with the camera. The left can stay in position. The *TPU-Keil* is a flexible Adapter (printed in TPU) for the standard cover/housing as the camera is a little bit too thick... You need two of them, one to be mirrored (yes, I was lazy here). I did not check if the housing would close without that adapter part. I had issues with an older version of the holders (camera position needed some adjustments) and therefore added this adapters and simplest solution, still looking good.
