When the Passat 3C B6 with Xenon headlights gets dirty, the side adjustment becomes so clogged that the gears can't move anymore. If you still try to force it, you often damage the middle gear for adjusting. I made a model of this gear. There are two versions: - 1. Without an inner ring - 2. With an inner ring Without an inner ring, I first printed it to see if the other two gears work together. This gear can be easily removed from the housing. With the ring, I only printed it when the adjustment was working properly and it could now snap into place. Removing it is then not as easy anymore.
