I tested a positioning pin for the Passap duomatic line of knitting machines on my 'Pinkie' and Duomatic S, and it worked perfectly. The pins are sturdier when printed one at a time rather than in bulk. I used PLA to print the pin and it performed well, but a CoPolymer might be even better. If you're unsure about this, ask around at your local Fablab or Makerspace for advice.
