Passage Door Handle Support

This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/aXPjKgrT01y My wife and I own a 2018 Willerby Brockenhurst static caravan. One annoying thing is that the passage door handles sag, which is visually irritating. This sagging also causes the latch mechanism to drop, which means the doors can catch and get stuck closed, which is dangerous. This happens because the doors are hollow, with nothing supporting the handles or latch mechanism other than the friction caused by tightening the screws holding the handles on each side of the door together. This design is intended to be inserted into the hole behind the handle (two per door, one on each side) and hold the latch mechanism horizontally so that the door does not catch and the handles do not sag. The doors and handles appear to be standard types across many caravans, and this design may help people with different makes and models. Our three bedroom 2018 Willerby Brockenhurst has seven passage doors (including two toilet doors with locking handles) and will need fourteen of these supports.
