Party Wallet v5.2
thingiverse
My own slim wallet design that mounts onto the back of a smartphone case using magnets. Designed for a Samsung Galaxy J3 case, should be pretty easy to modify/ mount on other phones if need be. I blutacked the mounts to my phone but should probably be super glued. That being said mines stayed on the back of my phone for over a year now. Fits 4 cards, easy to modify to fit more. Takes 7 x (6mm diameter * 2mm tall) disc magnets and a small circle of tin (I cut mine out of the bottom of a mint tin). The tin circle goes on the "head" of the wallet where it's too thin for a full magnet, so long as its a magnetic circle, go for your life. You can customise the comb insert piece to be whatever you want, or leave it empty as a really bad cash clip. Assembly after print: 1. Insert magnets into all 6*2mm holes (2 on the top mount piece, 1 on the bottom mount piece, 2 in the optional comb insert, 2 in the base of the wallet itself). NOTE: if you glue these in, ensure they are all magnetically aligned before gluing. I learned that mistake the hard way. 2. Cut a ~9mm diameter circle of tin and super glue it into the small, roughly triangular piece. 3. Sand the outer edge of the underside of the head's overhang, and the underside of the triangular piece. 3. Apply super glue to the outer edge of the underside of the head of the wallet and stick the roughly triangular piece to it. 4. Blutack/ glue the mount pieces to your case where appropriate (use any credit card as a guide to how far apart they should be, I wanted to leave enough space for my Opal card to be permanently glued to the back of my phone between the magnets.) 5. Voila! Now you have a convenient solution to carrying a separate wallet. Really, who needs more than 4 cards anyway?
