I design all my storage trays and dedicated parts holders on a 40mm x 55 mm planform, with a normal height of 53mm, ensuring they fit perfectly in Screwfix screw packs. This convenient size also allows for easy use of those pre-existing trays, plus it provides an ideal combination of width to length for storing screws and nails efficiently. For smaller parts, I create lower-height versions at 25mm. Here are the files for the single unit size and four-unit size, with more to come as new designs are completed.
