Different parts are designed specifically for multicopters including motormounts. Arm-250-structured is a structured arm printed with high quality settings to create durable racing quadrocopters up to size 250. This particular part is compatible with ZMR250 carbon frames as well as NUCLEUS frames and other parts of similar specifications. It offers great strength, flexibility and ease in printing. Other ZMR250-compatible parts are designed for different requirements of users. Another version named arm-250-structured4 comes with a difference, specifically made for Emax MT2213 motors as per the request by user Tyr001. Several other components such as motormounts for motor types 'xxxx' along with suitable arm parts made from multiple profiles like d12 (tube with diameter 12mm), d16 (tubes with diameter of 16 mm) or square profiles in sizes of 10 x 10 are planned to be added in future. Here we describe our printing conditions. The names of files should start with 'mm-xxxxx' followed by '-yy', representing motor type and the arm, manufactured using profiles that come from tube diameters -12mm, d16 for a diameter of 16 mm or a profile square with sides 10 x 10 mm wide. In terms of weight near identical at a weight range between 19-20 grams. All components are designed from high-quality materials made out of ABS material having printing conditions ranging 0.2 and 0.25 in layer height along with 4 solid top, bottom layers including the perimeter and filling percentage being around 40%. The results show almost equivalent weight at range from 15 to 20 gramm. However, specific arm for the mentioned zmr250 frame weighs lighter approximately weighing only around 12 grams and is made possible using the combination of high settings and the stable configuration such as slicing slic3r and printing it on ABS.
