Parts for JOKKMOKK (Ikea) chair

I'm having trouble with a chair from my JOKKMOKK table set that I bought at Ikea. The chair got blown off the first floor balcony and landed on the ground during a very windy day. This caused the four plastic fixer parts to break apart, and the wooden sitting plate came loose. To repair the chair, I need all four of these broken parts, but they're not available for purchase at Ikea or anywhere else. As a result, I'm forced to design a replacement myself.
