I'm restoring a really old ducted fan F-16 jet from the 90's (?) from Gleichauf and am designing parts for it. It's supposedly a near clone of the Byron F-16 so the parts might fit that as well. Use M4 screws to clamp the "Gearmount" parts together on each side of the plywood former in the fuselage. I recommend using tiny screws to hold the Ventral fin mounts inside the fuselage. Use 4 mm wood/bamboo dowels to join the ventral fin to the internal mount. It should be a slight press fit. Don't glue them in. The bamboo works as a weak spot to avoid more damage to the plane in case they strike something. Use 3 mm carbon rod as hinge for the rudder. Sand the rod if it's too tight, or enlarge the hole with a needle file. I use a servo inside the fairing under the rudder to control the rudder as shown in one photo. A 2 mm rod protruding from the bottom of the rudder should fit in a slot in the servo arm with this arrangement. Alternatively a torque rod can be stuck into the fuselage with a servo inside. Figure it out. Use Two M3x12 countersunk screws to hold the two brake parts together. The cam fits on the flanged head of the servo. The brakes need four 47x3,5 mm O-rings and when wheels 5x10x4 ball bearings.
