Here are 3D printed parts designed for rapid assembly of a specific duoband Yagi antenna, whose design can be accessed at this link. The design was created in collaboration with the Nepal Amateur Radio League. These parts allow antenna elements to be quickly positioned on the boom without needing precise measurements. Print Settings: Printer: UP! Box Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Less than or equal to 0.2mm Infill: Greater than or equal to 70% Notes: Increasing infill will create a more robust part. Increasing resolution is beneficial, especially if the aluminum tube's diameter is not uniform. Print orientation should be in the same direction as used in the STL files available here. These objects have long flat bases - depending on your printer's capabilities, pre-heating the bed or using BuildTak or equivalent techniques is recommended to prevent warping and peeling.
