This conveyor system consists of a 8" x 24" module before the 45° bend and an 8" x 39" section after the bend. The setup includes three modules from the 3200 Series Modular Belt, Curve Conveyor. First is the infeed module (32MT1M08-0241N0101VA-01) with an 8" nominal width and 2' length; it features a low side profile and VA open mesh belt type. The usable chain width is 7.86". Next, the curve module (32MT2M08-0451R0101VA-02) has an 8" nominal width, a 45-degree angle at a 15.98" inside curve radius and VA open mesh belt type; it is quoted as a right-hand turn. The final module is the discharge (32MT5M08-0391N1A0101VA-03), with an 8" nominal width and 3'-3" length, featuring a standard discharge tail, low side profile, and VA open mesh belt type. It has a drive position A and a weighted take up 7 inches from the tail plate. The conveyor is powered by a 3200 Series SEW standard load SEW gearmotor (32M038WS423EN), providing a 0.5 HP, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 10-60 Hz, 47 RPM motor that delivers a belt speed of 47 ft/min. A separate 3 phase starter is required for this gearmotor. The conveyor system also comes with a manual motor starter (62MM23M) capable of handling 208-230V, 3 phase, 1.6-.2.5 amps and includes wiring to the motor but not the starter.
