The Dorner Parts Conveyor features a 10"-wide belt measuring 72" in length and standing 30" high. It boasts a 3200 Series Belted end drive cleated conveyor with V-guide belt tracking, standard 3" pulley drive tail, and standard 3" pulley idler tail. The conveyor is 6' long and includes recommended mounting brackets and return rollers. Uncrated weight is 70 lbs. (31.8 kg). It also comes with a 3200 Belted & LPZ Belted Series standard load eDrive™ cleated bottom mounting package for an end drive conveyor, mounted in the A position, and features a 20:14 pulley ratio. The uncrated weight is 13 lbs. (5.7 kg). Additionally, it includes a 3200 Belted Series standard load 90° shaft eDrive™ variable speed VFD gearmotor with 0.75 Hp (0.55kW) de-rated to 0.50 Hp (0.37kW) for full torque throughout the speed range, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 6-60 Hz, 29 RPM, providing a belt speed of 3.3 - 33 ft/min (1.0 - 10 m/min). A separate order is required for the variable speed controller. The conveyor also comes with a fixed height stand with fixed foot pads for up to a 12"-wide 3200 conveyor, adjustable from 21" to 25" (533mm to 635mm), featuring a full width top plate and base width of 13.5" (343mm). Required stand height is 23.2" (589mm). It also includes diagonal bracing for two-legged H or A style stands up to 30" (762mm) tall, boasting an above conveyor load capacity of 319 lbs. (144 kg) based on a conveyor decline of 0 degrees and a non-accumulated, evenly distributed load. Stand support components will provide an infeed belt height of 30" (762mm) and a discharge belt height of 30" (762mm). Conveyors with a belt width greater than 24'' will include a return belt support rail on underside full length.
