Parts C and D of phone holder

This is a remix of some parts of Berlingo Phone Holder by sui77 These original parts have inverted faces so they cannot be sliced and printed without the bolthole filled in. Remodeled parts from scratch to both get rid of inverted faces but also to provide a smoother contact surface between parts C and D which should give an infinite number of position to tilt the phone. Parts have not been test printed but are constructed to the exact same dimensions as original It appears after looking at sui77 original Blender file on github most of the parts have inverted faces. Other parts would also have to be fixed before they can be printed
