These small cases measure roughly 100mm (L) x 60mm (W) x 35mm (H). A raised lip along the inner lid edge securely fastens it to the main box via a matching notch on the outer lid lip. Just below where the lid meets the box, there's a slight depression for smoother lid removal. The lid can also flex slightly for easier closure and extraction. I've created various designs featuring 6 compartments, 4, or a single large compartment. Printing this design at 0.2mm with a speed of 60mm/s yields secure closure. Thin small washers may, however, slip through the narrow gap between the compartment divider top and lid though. Hopefully, you'll find this useful! UPDATE JULY 30, 2019 Added shorter variations of the box. After using these boxes for a while, I found them too deep and usually required needle-nose pliers to access items inside.
