I built these parts trays to have no overhangs and use minimal material to be low cost but still strong. The tray is in two halves and there is a simple joint down both sides, so you can apply superglue and press the two halves together, whilst keeping the interior of the smooth with no joins or ridges, making it ideal for keeping small parts without anything getting in the way. 135mm wide, 400mm deep, 125mm high, with a space on the front for a label. For most printers you may need to scale the parts to 90% to fit them on your bed.
