Particular Girder Concrete Reinforcement

A robust beam is calculated considering heavy loads and a suitable reinforcement is devised. Reinforcement bars' yield strength is determined from tensile tests. Additionally, we designed and produced our own concrete mix. We are three third-year civil/mechanical engineering students. Blue regions denote areas for pressure zones, where anchorage initiation occurs. The red zone signifies the required anchorage length.
