particle count logger with battery on pole
thingiverse
This is designed for field scientific outdoor use a palm size particle count sensor plantree pms 5003 with openlog (up to 32GB tf sd card), 18650 battery case on top (remix) + type-c charger and a lid bottom of the case has 12mm diameter hole with 40mm depth which is suitable to easy stack on the top of small pole. We designed this to evaluate insecticide sprayer's real spread particles amount per second for any given place in the air. Result was phenomenal. :) Easy to assemble, easy to use. All you have to do is connect wires at 10 points. PMS5003 (16US$) fan intake-exhaust holes should be placed to the bottom. So that this sensor sucking air with its effort against gravity, 360 degree wide. This hole bottom design is to protect circuit from sudden rain fall. Openlog is self-running data logger module automatically logging serial data from pms5003 particle sensor to TF SD card. You can get it under 3~5US$. (Openlog Serial Data Logger Open Source Data Recorder Naze32 F3 Blackbox ATmega328 Support Micro SD Module For Arduino) Battery charging and discharging (up convert to 5V from 3.7V) module has several safety functions. I use type-C for easy operation (don't care about reverse side or not anymore). It was 2US$ (High precision 5V 2A charging and discharging module integrated Type - C input compatible with 4.2V lithium battery) You have everything in a palm size box.
