I've always wanted to create a follow-up series based on "We are the Law," specifically with Judge Anderson & Hershey from the Bimbo Series 5&6. However, my plans took a detour after watching the 1995 film featuring a uniform I felt wasn't quite accurate. It sparked an interesting thought: what if they had gotten the wrong "Anderson" on set? So, aside from some face alterations, this is essentially my take on the 1995 uniform, minus any additional incorrect details. To fully appreciate it, please refer to the full model on my site. I've decided to offer the torso and head as a free download for everyone to enjoy. The 1-piece Dredd 1995 Suited Anderson model will require printing with supports and a raft. Don't attempt to scale it down; stick to the settings outlined in the accompanying PDF file. I developed this entire diorama, which includes both models, after dedicating 190 hours to concept, modeling, and various prints. As mentioned earlier, all of my released models are designed for printing without issue when followed correctly. If there's an issue or error with any model, don't try fixing it and republishing; reach out to me so I can address the problem. If you've encountered errors like "it won't print" or have questions about a specific fault in the printed output, please check that you haven't scaled down the recommended settings for infill, among other factors. The pictures demonstrate how it prints perfectly fine under those conditions. Firstly, to everyone who's supported me over the past year with downloads and suggestions for my free models, I appreciate your enthusiasm. In fact, most of my freebies were born from concepts requested by enthusiasts just like you. Your contributions not only encourage but also help fuel the creation of even more intricate models, particularly when it comes to popular characters in various comic universes, movies, and TV series, including those under the DC, Marvel banners, and iconic cult figures. Here's something else I've observed as an early adopter with 3D printing technology: many people seem content with just saving or collecting digital versions of these files instead of physically handling, showcasing, or even simply having a physical model on their shelves. Thus, this "partial free" approach: the Anderson head and torso will remain accessible at no cost to give users an initial idea about quality and fitting before potentially moving to the full download version for a very modest fee. If you're interested in checking out more prints like these, keep an eye out on Yeggi for anything created by Sparx (me), particularly models labeled as "Wrong Anderson" since they can be found exclusively on Cults website. As always, thanks for your attention to this new piece, and don't forget to print it out; you deserve a quality representation of these characters in real-life. When you ask why my models are detailed to such an extent (the fine tears on suits or intricacies like the cloth folds), remember: each piece starts as a potential collection addition. Before I even finish modeling, they get their own unique process with an emery touch followed by a gentle acetone bath – it's the perfect seal and final polish that I adore! This ensures an exceptionally detailed, real-to-life print each time you run one of these prints, giving them not only realistic textures but making every single item shine as intended.
