Part Fan Mod

After weeks of searching and testing various designs for printing part cooling, I finally found this excellent design using a 5015 fan: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765158 and the remake https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815388 but encountered some issues. So, I decided to build a new one - similar design. You won't need any nuts for assembling the parts; just three screws M3 will do the job. I've chosen the screw holes slightly tighter than usual and made the guide holes a bit bigger as well. Normally, it holds great in PLA or whatever material you want to print with. I've also provided slotted holes for mounting, so the height can be adjusted accordingly. Using support of ≤ 80° (cura) angle was a good idea. My first experience with the part fan was very impressive - extremely powerful airflow and excellent flow direction towards the printing object, which meant I had to reduce power for the first five layers. Some results are shown in pictures of the red printed part fan. I also created a simple housing that can be equipped with an LED and a switch. Building a simple constant current source using a LM317 and a white LED attached to the hot end fan was a great idea too. By the way, I tried some 40 mm axial fan designs as well. However, these fans aren't powerful enough. Radial fans generate more pressure overall.
