This is the fourth revision of a design I created for my Folgertech FT5 3D Printer. It's specifically tailored to fit perfectly with the 713Maker.com ultralight carriage, utilizing existing hardware to attach it to the frame. To mount the fan and connect the two halves of this assembly, you'll need M3x12 Cap Head screws and M3 Nylock hardware. Mounting the back plate to the frame and motor was a breeze since I could reuse all the existing hardware. Printing this design is a piece of cake if you print the duct with the opening facing down on the build plate. Update: I've updated the cooler ducts to direct more air towards the part, reducing airflow directly onto the hotend.
