I recently gave my i3 Mega an overhaul by swapping out its stock extruder for a direct drive model and installing an E3D lite v6 hotend. The new hotend is significantly shorter than the original, so I knew the fan duct would collide with the printer bed if left unchanged. To avoid this issue, I decided to upgrade the side wall of my i3 Mega by integrating a better fan position and shroud into one seamless piece.
