I'm using my Titan Aero mount with the Rigidbot hot end carriage, and I've got a part cooling fan duct installed. You can find more information about the Titan Aero mounting brackets in my collection of parts. This design is great because it doesn't require any support material to print - just check out the image for this thing. However, I did add some extra support where it's really needed. Make sure to use a standard 40mm x 40mm x 10mm fan with this setup.
