Part Cooling Fan Duct for RepRapGuru Printer

The fan duct and mount directs a 40 mm cooling fan straight at the hotend for part cooling, a feature missing from the RepRapGuru printer out of the box. Inside the duct, there are designated areas to hold nuts (either M3 or 4-40) in place so screws can be threaded into them without needing access to the nut itself. The mount replaces the spacers that previously occupied the space between the fan and the heat sink on the hotend assembly as seen in the assembly picture. Two files are included, one for an M3 screw and another for a #4 screw to secure the two pieces together, with the screw designed to tap itself into the mount as it is 10% undersized.
