Untested fan duct available for E3D Hemera, can be easily mounted on any standard flat mount plate. To ensure a secure connection, it's essential to create two M3 threads, one pair for the motor plate with 8mm studs and another pair for the BLTouch (compatible with Smart 3.1 BLTouch) also using 8mm studs. The fan used is a standard 4010 blower fan, and the holes on the duct are designed to accommodate 2mm screws, allowing you to directly screw in four M2.5 screws. Required fasteners: Plate Motor: 2x 8mm M3 Duct to Plate: 2x M3 8mm studs and 2x M3 8mm screws Fan to Duct: 4x M2.5 6mm screws BLTouch Mounting: 2x M3 6mm screws The support on the duct can be easily removed by hand. Additional design files are available for remixing, including a new file called Duct_RMX.st, which is designed to sit 2mm further away from the HeaterBlock and more parallel to the bed.
