Part Cooler/ Fan duct for Anycubic i3 Mega

Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3340414, I designed my own fan duct from scratch. It fits perfectly on an original E3D V6 Hotend but was also designed to accommodate the longer original Hotend (not tested). The bottom should be leveled approximately 1mm above the nozzle to prevent collisions while parts warp or curl. The design is optimized for a Sunon 5015 (MF50151VX-A99) blower. On May 6, 2019, I added a V2-Version: - Increasing air velocity by reducing the number of holes to achieve a more focused air jet. - Optimizing the center position to make all jets meet just below the nozzle in reality.
