Parrot -Bebop 2 Propplers lock
thingiverse
NEW parts had been added to this remix from jefmob_1, who has validated it here. Like many people with Bebop2, my propeller had decided to make its own life, and of course my bebop2 crashed at the same time >.<. I made a simple and lightweight solution to try to solve this problem: you just have to clip this when your propeller is mounted, and it should keep you safe from propellers going away :D. Final version: Some parts had been added to make the propeller feet better, with space and holes for better motor refresh --> some issues with these parts (motor heat after 2 batteries) were deleted. No jello / no vibration / nothing changed on driving was noticed. Total weight: less than 10g. Be careful - I designed these parts so they can be ejected when a crash occurs, so print spares ^^. Like many people, my Bebop2 propellers decided to take back their freedom and curiously at the same time, my bebop crashed... I made this small piece that should normally solve this problem; you just have to mount it once your propellers are in place. Final version: Add feet for better grip on the propeller, space between the propeller and the piece + holes in each piece for motor cooling --> suppression of the piece: motors were overheating after two consecutive batteries. No jello / no vibration / no change in flight behavior was noticed. Total weight < 10g Be careful - I designed these parts to be ejected in case of a crash, so have some spares ready :) 20/06/2016 - Just add CW & CCW parts as STL and DWG (exported from 123Design so...) 31/08/2016 - Just add 2 files without the side parts. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: P3Steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 Notes: The parts need to be printed at least 20% infill; otherwise, in case of a crash, you risk damaging the small plastic tabs in your propeller (and it's a nightmare to remove them)
