The firewall is not available for purchase from horizon hobby except as part of a whole fuselage. My plane was fine except for the smashed motor mount and firewall. So I designed this printable replacement firewall. It is compatible with the original motor mount which is available as a purchasable part.

Print with motor mount facing up. .3 mm layer height with supports touching build plate.
PLA or PETG will work.

The battery tray end cap and wing mount plate can be printed with no supports.

Superglue the end cap onto the tray and use 2 velcro straps to hold the battery in.

Line the small vertical window up with the line that divides the plane in half to get it positioned correctly. Use four 1.5 inch long screws to replace the pegs in the original firewall design. I used white gorilla glue to attach to the plane but silicone caulk would also work and be more like stock.

The stock cowl also fits over this firewall. You will need to pre-drill 3 small holes for the cowl screws to go through. Motor alignment is very close to stock and should not rub if cowl is put on in the correct position.
