I present a compact portable wireless T12 soldering station dedicated to the Parkside X20V Team battery from the LIDL store. The device is based on the inexpensive KSGER STM32 OLED V2.01 T12 soldering station module:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000104741034.html which works with soldering handle and T12 iron tips:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32779201649.html The soldering station is equipped with a power switch, a soldering iron holder and a sponge stand for cleaning soldering tips. The device looks inconspicuous, but provides full functionality of the half-professional soldering stations, while being wireless, compact and easy to carry. The housing also has a hole for a wire that can be connected to the ground to protect the soldered elements against ESD damage. To do this, you need to solder the wire to the GND of the main board. WARNING! X20V batteries have no built-in over-discharge protection, so check the battery voltage and do not discharge below 15V. The current battery voltage can be displayed on the display of the soldering station. This is my project of useful gadgets and portable wireless devices for Parkside X20V batteries. There are: - Mounting brackets for the charger - Battery mounting bracket (shelf and wall mount) - Floodlight / Work Light - LED 10W - Audio amplifier TPA3116 Wuzhi - maximum output power RMS 2x20W/4R, 2x24W/8R - Power supply DPS3005 (max 19.5V/5.1A) - Soldering station KSGER T12 OLED STEP files are available so you can modify them to suit your needs. You need: - 1 piece KSGER STM32 OLED V2.01 T12 soldering station module - 1 piece KSGER T12 soldering handle for soldering station - 1 piece power switch 15x21 mm - 2 pieces M3x8 mm screw - 2 pieces M3 nut - 2 pieces long 6.3 mm connectors - wires 0.5-0,75 mm2 The photos should explain everything. Glue together the elements "X20V_KSGER_T12_sponge_holder" and "X20V_KSGER_T12_slider". Cut the connectors as shown in the photos and solder the wires connections. Strip the ends of the wires. Push the wires through the holes in the 3D print. Solder the ends of the wire and solder the connectors to the wires. Put the connectors in place and secure them with CA glue. Install the soldering station module in the "X20V_KSGER_T12_front" housing. I suggest using a connector washer on the outer side of the case so that the OLED display fits better to the front of the case. Make sure the soldering iron connector is positioned correctly, then solder the connectors to the PCB. Put the M3 nuts in the right places. Install the power switch in the housing and solder the wires as shown in the photos. Assemble everything together using M3x8mm screws. Install the tip in the soldering iron and connect the soldering iron to the station. Turn on the soldering iron and set the device parameters as needed.
