PARKSIDE X20V_Team Battery connector with DC output 5.5*2.1mm connector

<p><i>Update: January 13, 2022 added details for better finger grip.</i></p><p>This is another version of DC output power connector 5.5x2.1mm holder.&nbsp;</p><p>To get connected on a Parkside battery, you need any of these two:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/70578-parkside-x20v_team-battery-connector-with-faston-t">70578-parkside-x20v</a> or</li><li><a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/70648-parkside-x20v_team-battery-connector-with-nickel-s.">70648-parkside-x20v.</a> You need only <strong>Base_01Ni_v1.1.STL </strong>och corresponding sliced file</li></ul><p>All different combination can be seen on an attached pdf file: <i>Parkside battery system, </i>(placed under Download package).</p><p>This is not a powerfull connector, but is very common. Current ratings vary from unspecified and up to 5A. It is not more than 3A connector especially for 24V. If you need higher current ratings, use one with metal barrel, as you can see on my pictures. I have printed an information label, placed beside output connector, where (for my need) barrel is “-” terminal and pin in middle is “+” terminal.&nbsp;</p><p>Simply use any of primary base battery connectors: Base_01F_v1.1 or Base_01Ni_v1.1 and mount this holder onto one of them. Connection is made by AWG20 (0,5mm2) orange and black wire. Protect soldered connection points on barrel connector with shrink tube.&nbsp;</p><p>I have covered + and - sign on the printed part with nail lacquer, red for “+” and black for “-” terminal. When sliced, colour change break is an option.</p><p>It is straightforward and just follow provided pictures to get it assembled.&nbsp;</p><p>Four M3 or plate screws are needed. Washers are optional.&nbsp;</p><p>To print this detail, you don't need support material.&nbsp;</p>
