Parkside POFA 12 A2 Kopierhülse - router copy ring / copy sleeve

This is a copy ring (Kopierhülse) for the Parkside router POFA 12 A2. It replaces the dust extraction adapter and can be inserted/removed with the tool (2nd stl file) An additional metal sleeve is needed (pressfit; 12x10x10mm): https://www.ebay.de/itm/192275141996?var=492206734669 With the hole being 8mm deep -> 2mm are remaining as an offset. Dimension are chosen to fit the 6mm mill but it can be altered for other mills. Of course a different sized metal sleeve needs to be inserted. Also uploaded some pictures of a sketch which shows how a printable template for a 50x50mm rectangle looks like (template is 2mm thick like the offset mentioned above). 120x120mm for the size of the template is perfect so the router can be handled well while sliding on the template. The radius of the corners are adapted to the 12mm metal sleeve (r_sleeve = 6mm) and the 6mm mill (r_mill = 3mm). The dimensions of the rectangle of the template are 6mm bigger than the desired milling form -> 2x (r_sleeve - r_mill) = 2x (6mm - 3mm) = 6mm
