Parkside performance drill jig
thingiverse
Non printable parts necessary: -Steel or aluminum tube 20x2mm 25mm long 2x -2 times M5 threaded inserts (third one optional for setting drilling distance) -2 times M5 bolts -25-30 wide steel springs. I ordered 28mm wide 1,5mm diameter from: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/4001030096341.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2nld&spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.21ef79d2BU83BA Print in 0,2mm resolution with 30-40% infill for strenght I wanted a drill press to drill straight holes with this inexpensive parkside performance drill. (model PABSP 20-Li B2). It uses the geometry of the clutch ring and back of the drill to be able to fix it properly. It is quite big as I wanted to drill up to 70 mm holes with this jig. At first the jig can have some resistance when sliding over the tubes. However, as you use it more often it gets smoother. When it is stuck, your tubes are probably not pushed straight into the bottom of the jig. Feel free to remix and share! Hit me up if you want step files. Enjoy!
