Parkside cordless drill charger - Li-ion PABSW 10.8 B2
thingiverse
This is a charger-battery holder for the Parkside cordless drill - Li-ion PABSW 10.8 B2. To make it functional, you only need to add spring contacts like those from a paperclip and a 12V 1A power supply. The polarity is marked on the battery, so you just connect the + and - terminals. The battery has an internal charging circuit that consumes 0.5A when charging and drops to zero current when fully charged. I didn't include LED indicators for it, but I plan to add an ammeter in the future. It features four 3.2mm mounting holes that allow you to attach it to a surface or box. Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech i3 pro B bad clone (any Prusa i3) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: I used 0.1 - 0.2, with 0.3 providing better results. Infill: 30% works fine; any infill will do. Notes: Material: PETG - feel free to use your favorite material. Speed: 40mm/s Temp: 230-240°C, 70-85°C Design: I created this design using Solidworks. I'm learning with it because we use it at work.
