Parkside 12V flashlight with adjustable head

This is a modified version of my Milwaukee M12 system flashlight adjusted to work with the Parkside DCBK-70-12 battery used in the Parkside PBSA12B1/PABSW10.8 screwdriver. It features a head with an adjustable angle, constructed from an MR16 led bulb. Bill of Materials (BOM) To assemble this modified flashlight, you will need: * 3D printed lamp head * 3D printed upper body piece * 3D printed lower body piece * A 3-5W MR16 led bulb with a radiator featuring an M28x1 thread (refer to the photos for details) * 2 x 8mm length M3 screws * 3 x 16mm length M3 screws * 2 pieces of spring-type metal sheet for connectors (see photos); the wider section is 6mm wide, while the narrower part measures 4mm in width * A single piece of rocker on/off switch measuring 21x15mm * 10cm of 2-wire cable * Soldering iron Notes The assembly process closely resembles that of the Milwaukee version, so please consult that guide for a comprehensive walkthrough. However, due to differences in connector shape, I chose to push the connectors from inside the battery socket and soldered the wires afterwards. My led bulb operates at nearly 5 watts and reaches extremely high temperatures (over 60°C), which means printing the lamp head with plain PLA may not be sufficient. I opted for PETG, and it has held up well so far; PLA could potentially work after undergoing "baking" treatment. When selecting an MR16 led bulb from aliexpress, keep in mind that many listed products have exaggerated power ratings. For instance, a 9W bulb typically draws only around 3 watts. I verified the compatibility of the MR16 bulb found on this page and it fits perfectly with the M28x1 thread.
